New Client Consultation

Cosmetic Tattoo services cannot be booked online due to the personal consideration of each client.

Please fill out our NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION form below and familiarize yourself with the information provided. We will endeavor to be in contact with you as soon as possible with our professional recommendation.

  • All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your tattoo booking. This needs to be paid within 48hrs of making your booking or you will run the risk of your booking time and date becoming unavailable. 

  • Your touch up appointment must be completed within 4-8 weeks of your initial treatment. This is compulsory and has a charge of $150.00.

  • Upon booking your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you outlining your appointment details, pricing, deposit information, our specific before and aftercare and a consent agreement.
     

Am I a Successful Candidate? 

Before making a booking with Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo, it is important that you have read and understand the Cosmetic Tattooing Contradictions. This will determine whether or not you are able to go forward with you desired treatment. 

Some medications and previous procedures may impact your ability to have cosmetic Tattooing.

Please read carefully! NOTE: Some things on the list below are just precautionary and are great for us to know. These may not impact your ability to have cosmetic tattooing.

  • Pregnancy or Breastfeeding?
    If so, you must express at least 24hr post treatment.

     

  • Contagious Skin Disorders
    Unfortunately, we will not treat until clear.

     

  • Diabetic
    Depending on type and severity we may be require that you to get your doctor’s approval.

     

  • Recent Chemical Peel or Laser Treatment & Any Facials
    This must be avoided for a minimum of 2-4 weeks before treatment and after treatment.

     

  • Active Skin Products
    These are required to be avoided at least 4 weeks prior to treatment. PLEASE NOTE: This is also important that these are avoided around procedure area post treatment.

     

  • Blood thinning medication
    It is IMPORTANT that these are avoided at least 72hrs and up to 7 days prior to treatment. This includes medication such as Vitamin E, Aspirin, Omega's, Fish Oil, and Ibuprofen (Found in Advil and Nurofen) If unsure, please talk to your doctor. 

     

  • Heart conditions
    We require your doctor’s consent. This is due to the ingredients we use in our anesthetics (Epinephrine)

     

  • Autoimmune disorders
    Please contact the studio to discuss the medication you are currently using.

     

  • Fillers and Botox
    This needs to be done at least 3 weeks before or after treatment.

     

  • Keloid scarring
    Unfortunately, we cannot treat you.

     

  • Seizure Related Conditions
    You must have your doctors’ consent for treatment and use of anesthetics. You must have an accompanying adult.

     

  • Depression
    Please make sure you are in the correct mindset before your attending your treatment.

     

  • Whether you have been tattooed before.
    I need to know prior to your appointment.

     

  • Chemotherapy/radiation
    Unfortunately, you cannot be treated without doctor’s clearance.

     

  • Roaccutane/ Accutane/ Isotretinoin use
    You will not be treated on until this has been avoided for at least 6 months - 1 year before treatment. 

     

  • Cold Sores/Herpes
    We need to know if you have ever had a cold sore. Please if you are susceptible to this you are required to take antiviral medication before your treatment.  - APPLIES TO LIP TATTOOING ONLY

     

  • Allergic to metals - Anaphylactic
     

  • Any type of hair growth serum
    This needs to be avoided at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment. 

     

  • Dermatitis/Eczema/Psoriasis
    Unfortunately, we cannot treat if around eyebrow area.

     

  • Any cancer history
    A doctor's certificate is required!

     

  • Glaucoma
     

  • Hepatitis (Liver)
    Anesthetic is processed through the liver and can result in pain
