It is important for the client and Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo to work together to create a shape that fits your unique facial structure. Please be mindful that all faces are naturally asymmetrical so, before any tattooing procedure is commenced, it is required that the client approves each pre-draw.

All tattoos are semi-permanent, and results may vary dependent on the client's skin, body, genetics, lifestyle, age, diet, sun exposure and/ or in conjunction with you pre/after care. Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo is not responsible for any changes that occur once the client leaves our studio.

Aesthetics Studio will give our best efforts to provide the client with optimal results. However, there are many factors that will contribute to the overall look. It is crucial for every client to follow the pre-care and after-care instructions that Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo have provided in order to produce the best results possible.

Every Tattoo appointment is a 2-step process. The Initial Session and The Required Touch Up. The Touch Up session is required to be booked 4-8 weeks post initial session. Please do this at the time of booking your initial session. Alternatively, this will be booked on the day of your treatment. Exceeding that timeframe will require additional payments. Please book accordingly.

Additional touch up appointments may be required. This will be discussed with you at the time of treatment. It is the client's responsibility to book necessary appointments in a timely manner.

Photos and Videos are taken before and after your procedure. These will be owned by Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo and used for promotional/ marketing purposes on our social media, website and other business-related platforms. Please note you do have the right to refuse.

It is the client's responsibility to read through Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoos policies (regarding appointments and payment), Pre/After Care information, Contradictions and Disclaimers. Prices, Policies and Promotions are subject to change at any time.

Once a deposit has been made, it is an automatic agreement to accept and comply. All transactions will be final and there will be no refunds. Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment

The price you must pay including GST and any other charges, will be stated in New Zealand Dollars.

All payments must be made at the time of treatment.

We reserve the right to withhold further or continuing treatments if payments are overdue.
Deposit
Deposits are necessary in order to operate our business effectively and efficiently to avoid no shows.

A $100 deposit upon booking your appointment is required. Payments are to be made into Aesthetics Studio's nominated bank account no later than 48hrs post booking. If this is not received, you will run the risk of looking your booking date and time completely.

Deposits are deducted off the total price.

Deposits are final and are non-refundable. If in a case where Aesthetics Studio Cosmetic Tattoo needs to cancel on our end, rest assured this will result in future store credit.
Cancellations / No Shows
Aesthetics Studio understands cancellations are sometimes beyond your control, respectively:

You must reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you request to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, depending on the circumstances, we have the right to request a new booking fee if you wish to rebook.

If you fail to show to your scheduled appointment without any communication, the booking fee is forfeited, and you will be required to pay 100% of your treatment cost. If payment is not made, further services with Aesthetics Studio will be denied. However, If paid and you wish to rebook another treatment, 50% of this charge will be applied to your deposit and total treatment cost.

If you fail to arrive before 15 minutes this will automatically result in rebooking your appointment and making a new deposit.

If you are rescheduling your appointment, you must do so within 3 months from the original booking.
No Plus Ones / No Kids
Unfortunately, due to the type of equipment around, the safety of children and the concentration needing to be on you, we kindly ask that kids or plus ones do not attend your appointment unless advised otherwise.
